    This is the second course I’ve taken from Sonia. I’ve been watching her lessons and practicing the techniques for two months and it has made a profound difference in my life.     Good course. Some of this stuff I’ve seen before, but I felt the “An Emergency, not my Emergency” is something very important to me and will have to practice lots to get good at. Treating other people’s emergencies as my own is how we are taught in workplaces, and to avoid jumping in to help will go up against my helping tendencies.
