  1. 1) Staying up too late instead of giving myself the gift of sleep. Action: Start bedtime routine an hour before I want to be asleep, giving myself at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Set alarm and do it.
    2) Not following through on my intended work schedule if I don’t ‘feel’ like it. Action: Do it. Ask myself: “Is this a hobby or an incredible career? People who have careers show up for work, even when they don’t feel like it.” But … they also take time off. I want to honor my work/play boundaries with more clarity.
    3) Being too ‘brain-centered’ and not enough ‘heart-centered’ . Carve out more time for meditation in the morning, allowing time for FF writing first. Drop into my heart before writing, before meeting with clients, etc. Be more light-hearted and fun while also taking inspired action – instead of ‘have to’ action.
    4) Waiting for inspiration to show up before taking creative action. Action: Show up, knowing inspiration will be waiting for me. Then … reward myself when I complete big action steps I’ve been putting off.

  2. You Tube vids late at night-
    Read instead, limit time.

Too much time meditating during day-
    Plan and strategise instead.

    Being too sensitive/shy-
To forge new connections and reignite existing ones!!

Ground yourself, grounding cord/ energy through feet- hand on heart and do it!!

  3. For me, setting my clock to ring every hour was a big change and a wonderful tool in order to be more conscious about my thoughts and how I am spending my time. Great question: I am working for my heart’s desire or just waisting my valuable time? I also added a diferente sound for every hour and a message to remind me what I should do or what I should be doing. πŸŒ»πŸ’•

  6. Hi Sonia!

I’m really enjoying this course. It’s been fun for me to watch because I’ve already been doing most (if not all) of the principles and suggestions that you share in these lessons. It’s been very validating for me, and helps me to know that I’m on the right track, and that I’ve been making the right decisions in my life.

Thank you for re-creating this course. I love the update. It’s going to help a lot of people. πŸ™‚
